Rules:

  • Open to US and international entrants.​

  • No purchase necessary.

  • Gifts will be available to download immediately after submission.​

  • Must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from parent or legal guardian.

  • Offer is available until May 31, 2021, or while supplies last.

Season Ticket Holder

All US entries will receive Supporter gifts, PLUS:

  • One bookmark

  • One signed bookplate

  • One character card featuring Spencer, Justice, and Macintosh (5x7, includes digital signature on back)​​

Rules:

  • Open to US residents only.

  • Offer applies to pre-orders from any retailer and all book formats.

  • Limit of one offer redemption per person.

  • Must provide valid mailing address to receive physical gifts.​

  • Returned items due to incorrect mailing addresses will not be re-sent.

  • Allow for up to 6 weeks for delivery. Gifts will be mailed by June 13, 2021.

  • Offer is available until May 31, 2021, or while supplies last.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from parent or legal guardian.

Head Coach

Five randomly chosen entries will receive Supporter & Season Ticket Holder gifts, PLUS:

  • One pocket notebook (​50 pages, 2.75 x 4.75)

  • One soccer stress ball

All Entries

Must be 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Any person who is under 18 years of age or otherwise under the legal age of majority in their place of residence (a "Minor") must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian, and the agreement of the parent or legal guardian to these Terms, prior to requesting to redeem this Offer. Limited to one Offer redemption per person. Offer begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 and continues through 11:59 PM ET on Monday, May 31, 2021, while supplies last. Allow 1 - 6 weeks for delivery of the Offer Item. The Offer Item will be delivered only to a mailing address in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia. All information gathered for this preorder campaign will be used only for the purposes of verifying purchase and sending Offer Item, and will be deleted 30 days after mailing is complete.  Offer void where prohibited.

Use this form to submit an image (jpg, jpeg, or png format) of your receipt for THE PASSING PLAYBOOK (hardcover, ebook, or audiobook) by Isaac Fitzsimons purchased from a retailer lawfully offering the book for sale to receive one (1) bookmark, one (1) signed bookplate, and one (1) character card, while supplies last. Offer is open only to persons who are a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are 13 years of age or older. US mailing address required.
